Raising a Concern

Should you wish to raise a concern against an RoCFT registered foot trimmer you will need to complete the online form before proceeding with any other course of action. (Also, please check before starting the procedure that the person in question is actually on the RoCFT register).

The RoCFT has no power to order compensation or costs for professional negligence, this can only be done by going through trading standards or the civil courts. However, the council will investigate any complaint where the following criteria are met:
